Candidates who desire to obtain the form by post have to send a letter of request to the concerning institution or authority alongside a DD of necessary amount drawn in favor of the corresponding institute.

The DU Medical/Dental Entrance Exam form will cost around Rs. 750/- and for the SRM University Medical Entrance Exam, the fee will be Rs. 1000/-.
